For some time Silverstone have been using Oxford IT Solutions. Being a large event based company is understandably challenging as we resource most of our events with zero hour based contracted staff. By using the new ingenii portal we can now achieve this much more easily. ingenni is a simple but effective tool that manages people and resource levels end to end. From first putting an event out onto the portal to scope the staff availability; to adjusting their time sheets against the hours actually worked; then aligning their time sheets and completing the pay-run at month end, this really is an all in one tool. We’ve really improved our communications with staff, and the number of ‘no shows’ has really gone down. The process of creating events and booking staff on the ingenii portal is straightforward and enables us to fairly distribute various shifts in each department within the business in the most efficient and productive manner, whilst additionally allowing the staff to plan their workload in advance.
